Dear Service Customer:

First and foremost thank you for your business and support throughout the past 32 years. We could not have maintained this portion of our business without you.

Every business must evolve and adapt to changing circumstances. Due to continual increases in expenses relating to providing service, we are implementing a way to cut our cost and still deliver great service at no increase in price to you.

Beginning in January 2007 we will no longer bill any service on in-house accounts. We will only charge to your credit card that you would leave on file with us. When the bill is completed and charged we would either mail or e-mail you a copy of the paperwork. For isolated service calls, that will be when the job is completed. For monthly service customers, we will complete your statement on the 25th of the month so you can have your paperwork before the end of the month.

The credit card you leave on file will be kept locked and secure in our office. Many of you have already requested this hassel-free service, in which case nothing will change for you.
